➤ ZTPI Evaluation: Assess time perspectives to understand current emotional states.

➤ Connecting with Children: Discuss the importance of positive interactions and role modeling for children.

 

Homework:

 

Reflect on current communication with children and ex-spouse. Daily text check-ins to track changes and insights.

 
 
Week 2: Values Realignment & Emotional Release

 

Realign core values and begin to release emotional baggage from the divorce.

 

Session Activities:

 

➤ Values Assessment: Realign values in relationships, parenting, and personal well-being.

➤  Emotional Release: Introduction to Time Line Therapy for addressing Hurt, Anger, and Resentment related to the divorce.

➤ NLP Foundations: Use NLP techniques to align values with actions and reframe negative thoughts.

 

Homework:

 

Practice Time Line Therapy and NLP exercises. Reflect on emotional release and values alignment via daily text check-ins.

 
 
Week 3: Enhancing Communication with Ex-Spouse

 

Improve communication skills for healthier interactions with the ex-spouse.

 

Session Activities:

 

➤ Healthy Communication: Techniques for managing conflict and fostering positive communication..

➤ Role-Playing: Practice scenarios to handle common challenges with the ex-spouse.

➤ Hypnosis Foundations: Introduction to self-hypnosis for managing stress and maintaining calm during interactions..

Week 4: Strengthening Parent-Child Relationships

 

Develop strategies for fostering strong, positive relationships with children.
